These general conditions of sale are offered by SNEAKERS CUSTOM, a company registered with the Marseille RCS under number: 798 948 956.

 

Article 1 : Object

Sneakers custom aims to manage an online sales platform dedicated to personalized sneakers.

 

Article 2 : Acceptance of general conditions

The acceptance of the general conditions of sale is carried out tacitly by the validation of the order by the customer. By making the payment, the user indicates that he accepts, without reservation, these general conditions.

 

Article 3 : Information obligation

Sneakers Custom fulfills its duty of advice and pre-contractual information as it derives from Article L121-18 of the Consumer Code and the articles to which it refers.

 

Article 4 : Website

The site is freely accessible without registration, but any order requires the registration of the purchaser. The following must be requested: title, first name, last name, email, telephone and delivery address.

 

Article 5 : Prices and payment methods

The prices are indicated inclusive of all taxes, payment is made by credit card or PayPal or by the payment module in several installments. Payment data is not kept by Sneakers Custom or by the body responsible for the financial transaction. The amount is cashed immediately. The information you provide to us when ordering and paying by credit card is subject to automated data processing by our partner Stripe. Stripe and Sneakers Custom are the recipients of the data relating to your order. Your card number is never transmitted directly but benefits from a secure encoding and encryption system. The occurrence of an unpaid due to the fraudulent use of a bank card will result in the entry of the contact details relating to your order associated with this unpaid within a payment incident file. An irregular declaration or an anomaly may also be the subject of specific treatment. In order to fight against credit card fraud, a visual verification of the means of payment can be carried out by the Sneakers Custom customer service before shipment of the products.

 

Article 6 : Quality of articles

Sneakers Custom reserves the right to modify the goods to be delivered in the event described in Article R 132-2 of the Consumer Code, when the modifications are linked to technical development and do not generate any increase in price or alteration of the quality of the product, it being understood that the consumer is free to mention the characteristics to which he subordinates his commitment. The items sold by Sneakers Custom are guaranteed to be new, in accordance with the law in force and under no circumstances are they subject to prior use.

 

Article 7 : Unavailable products

If, exceptionally, the item ordered is no longer available, the buyer may either proceed with an exchange or be reimbursed without delay and at the latest within ten days of payment of the sums he has paid.

 

Article 8 : Properties

All illustrations, images, comments, whether visual or sound, reproduced on the site https://sneakers-custom-official.com/ are protected by copyright, trademark law, patent law and image rights, for the whole world.

 

Article 9 : Non-compliant order / Damaged item
