Can I get my own custom design?
Each pair is painted to order so can be fully personalized.
You can send us any photo and description of your idea to create your own design.
What is the price?
You can request a quote by filling out the form in the CUSTOM CUSTOMIZATION section in the home page menu.
Do you provide the shoes?
Yes, we supply our own branded items and we can supply other brands as well.
What kind of shoes can you paint on?
We paint on most types of leather, faux leather, suede and fabric shoes.
ORDERING PROCESS
How do I place a custom order?
You can order our existing designs on the website from the SHOP section or create your custom design by choosing customization from the menu.
How long does it take to make my personalized items?
After receiving the orders, we review the design and contact the customer.
Once we agree on the design, we start painting and it takes up to 30 business days to complete the customization.
Size conversion for shoes?
Our shoes are European sizes.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Are the paints waterproof?
We use high quality waterproof leather and fabric paints (ANGELUS). The items are primed before painting and the paint is sealed to keep the colors for a long time.
Can the shoes be worn in the rain?
Yes, the colors are waterproof so rain does not affect them.
Should I use a protective spray on shoes?
You don't need to do this, the color is already fixed and waterproof.
Can I wash them?
Do not machine wash, use a cloth with soap and water.
DELIVERY AND RETURN
How much does shipping cost?
All our deliveries are free in Europe only.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long does shipping/delivery take?
The delivery time is 4 to 7 working days for France and Europe, approximately 7 to 10 working days for other countries.
However, a production time is added to this time which is, depending on the time of year, from 1 to 4 WEEKS.
We can also provide you with the shoes with express delivery, you just need to contact us via whatsapp, instagram or our email box.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
We ship orders via our partners DHL EXPRESS, FEDEX OR GLS after shipping them, the customer receives a confirmation email with tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders. All our items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
I need my shoes by a specific date, can you make them faster?
If you need your item by a specific date, please email us at contact@sneakers-custom-official.com and let us know. We will try to process your order as a priority if it is urgent.
