Our deadlines are 7 to 14 days for the reception of the shoes after having validated your order. Once the package is shipped you will receive a confirmation SMS from our carrier DHL EXPRESS, concerning the shipment with your tracking number, allowing you to see in real time the status of your delivery.

We recommend doing a traditional hand wash on the dirty surfaces of the shoes with a damp soapy cloth, without rubbing on the fabric. Avoid greasy wipes, the machine is however not recommended. The most valuable advice that our team can give you is to take care of your pair of CUSTOM SNEAKERS.
